What is Starbucks Delivery?
Starbucks Delivers is an ordering feature on Starbucks® TH app that allows customers to enjoy the perfect Starbucks Experience at ease. With just a few clicks, your favorite Starbucks drink and food will be delivered straight to your door.
How to order Starbucks Delivery?

  • Download the Starbucks® TH app from the App Store or Google Play
  • register to become a Starbucks® Rewards member if you aren’t already, or log into your account. Customers first need to register as a Starbucks® Rewards member to use of Starbucks® TH app.
  • Choose “Starbucks Delivery” on the “Order” tab
  • Fill in delivery address and contact details
  • Choose the Starbucks drink and food items from menu (just like our stores, drinks are customizable, including options to modify such as number of espresso shots, dairy selections and more) and add your order to cart
  • Proceed to payment

When can I order Starbucks Delivery?
We are open for delivery orders from the time stores open until 1 hour before store closed. Selected service areas may close early in accordance to store operating hours. For enquiries, please connect with our Customer Service Representatives at +66 2339 0996 (at your service 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily).

Do you charge for the delivery?
Yes, 30 Baht delivery charge required for the order amount of 150-299 Baht. Free delivery when spend over 300 baht.

Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, the minimum spend on Starbucks Delivery is 150 Baht, excluding delivery fee. If the total value of your order is 300 Baht or above, the delivery charge will be free.

Do I have to be a Starbucks® Rewards members to place an order?
Yes, you to be a Starbucks® Rewards members.  We strongly encourage you to become a Starbucks® Rewards member for a more rewarding purchase experience.  Learn more about Starbucks® Rewards benefits here.

Will I earn Stars if I order Starbucks Delivery with my Starbucks Card?
Yes, you will be eligible for earning Stars when you order.  

Will the delivery charge earn Stars?
Yes, the delivery charge is eligible for earning Stars.

Can I place an order without paying over the app?
To process an order placed through Starbucks Delivery, payment must first be completed via a registered Starbucks Card through the Starbucks® TH app.

How does the payment system work?
Payment is managed through registered Starbucks Cards. The feature is built into Starbucks® TH app and integrated into the Starbucks® Rewards loyalty program so customers can easily earn Stars with every order through Starbucks Delivery. Starbucks Cards can also easily be reloaded via the app.

Is there a maximum number of items that can be ordered through Starbucks Delivery?
You can order a maximum of 10 items.

I have a Reward on my account – can I apply it to my order with Starbucks Delivery?
You can redeem core membership rewards in Mobile Orders e.g. if you are a Green member, you can redeem 20 Stars for a free upsize on your favorite drink (Tall/Grande size) and 60 Stars for 25% off on a regular-priced handcrafted drink or food item.
If you are a Gold member, you can redeem 20 Stars for a free upsize on your favorite drink (Tall/Grande size), 60 Stars for 25% off on a regular-priced handcrafted drink or food item,120 Stars for a free favorite handcrafted drink with 2 customizations, 160 Stars for 200 Baht off with a minimum purchase of 500 Baht/bill and 350 Stars for 50% off up to 600 Baht/bill or get 4 free handcrafted drinks with customizations per drink/bill, Birthday Beverage and Birthday Cake. Can I redeem multiple rewards in Starbucks Delivery?
You can redeem multiple rewards per order.

Will there be any other reward that I can redeem when order Starbucks Delivery?
Yes. If there is a promotion available for redemption via Starbucks Delivery, you can redeem this reward with your order.

Can I place an order a Starbucks Delivery before a store is open?
Starbucks Delivery can only be made within the store operating hours.

Why am I not able to place an order?
Starbucks Delivery is currently available in select areas in Thailand. Since each Starbucks store will only cover limited service area, to ensure the orders will be delivered to you in the best quality, we are unable to cater to out-of-coverage delivery locations. Service may also be suspended due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

How close to store closing time can I place a Starbucks Delivery order?
You can place a Starbucks Delivery order up to 60 minutes before the store closes.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Since our food and beverages are freshly prepared to order, no refund, cancellation or amendment on your order is applicable once it is being confirmed and payment being processed. In case where products are temporarily out of stock or unavailable, our Customer Service Representatives will notify you in due course for order amendments. We encourage you to stay connected on your phone for essential updates from us.

What can I purchase through Starbucks Delivery?
Almost all your favorite Starbucks drink, selected food items and at home coffee & tea items are available through Starbucks Delivery. The “Order” section of the app has a menu which lists all available offerings. With a few taps on your phone, you can customize your favorite drink and choose to have food items served warm, just as you can with in-store orders.

Are any in-store items not available on the Starbucks Delivery?
While almost all your favorite Starbucks beverages and food are available through Starbucks Delivery, we are currently not offering Starbucks Reserve™ hand-brewed beverage, alcoholic beverage and merchandise for Starbucks Delivery.

Why do some items display as “Temporarily out of stock” in the app even though they may still be available in the store?
If an item is almost sold out at the store, “Temporarily out of stock” will be displayed on the app to ensure the last few are available for in-store orders.

What if my delivery address or contact number is incorrect?
You may connect with our Customer Service Representatives through +66 2339 0996 for assistance. Please note that we will not be responsible for any non-delivery or delay due to incorrect address or contact information provided by customers.

How much time does it take for Starbucks Delivery to arrive after ordering?
Once your order is confirmed, please refer to the “Previous” section on your Starbucks® TH app, it will give you an estimated time of delivery. We will always do our best to deliver orders to your hands within the time we have committed.

What if my order is late?
It is our commitment to providing accurate delivery time estimates and bringing the order to your doorstep within that window. We might occasionally miss the mark, however, due to traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control. In such rare circumstances, you can contact our Customer Service Representatives at +66 2339 0996, we will work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What if something is wrong with my order?
You can reach out to our Customer Service Representatives at +66 2339 0996 or customercomment@coffee-concepts.co.th to report the issues. Our team is available at any point of your Starbucks Delivery experience and we will do our best to make sure your orders are being taken good care of.

What if I’m not around when my rider arrives?
Our riders or Customer Service Representatives will connect with you on phone if they are unable to reach you at the delivery address. We encourage you to stay connected to your phone during the entire delivery and ensure the contact information provided to us is correct. In case you are unreachable, our riders will wait at the delivery location for 10 minutes before they leave. You will be charged for your order and no re-delivery will be arranged.

I am an existing Starbucks® TH app user. How do I access the Order feature?
If you are an existing user of Starbucks® TH app, check the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure the app has been updated to the latest version. In some cases, users may need to delete the old version of the app and reinstall the latest version.

Can I order the drink to arrive at a time of my choosing?
There isn’t an option to specify delivery time. The mobile ordering feature will provide you with an approximate delivery time.  Be sure to place your order with your correct location.

Why is the Starbucks® TH app requesting to have access to my location?
Location access is used by the Starbucks® TH app to ensure we have an accurate location and delivery your favorite drink and food to you correctly. To learn more, read our Privacy Notice

When order Starbucks Delivery, how does Starbucks use my personal data?
The Starbucks® TH app will remember your most recent orders. We do not share personal data. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

How secure is the information shared on the Starbucks® TH app?
Our customers’ security is our utmost priority and we take all security concerns seriously. Our company has safeguards in place to constantly monitor for fraudulent activity and we work closely with financial institutions to make sure our customers are protected.

Do I need an internet connection to use Starbucks Delivery?
Yes. You need to be connected to the internet to order Starbucks Delivery.
