Terms of Purchasing

1. We can only sell to customers on behalf of the company.
2. 50,000 baht order minimum.
3. Custom value must be between 100 – 20,000 baht. *** Code does not have VAT.
4. Accumulate purchase orders to receive discounts.

5. Type of payment
   – Transfer to Bank
   – Cashier Cheque
6. For the first time of purchasing, customer need to sign contract for securities of code sending.
7. Purchaser have to generate the QR Code and send code by yourself.

Terms of Use

1. Can be used at Starbucks stores in Thailand by scanning a QR Code from mobile phone. Screenshots are not allowed.
2. Can be applied with our promotions.
3. e-Coupon does not charge any fees for the issuance, activation, use or reloading of your Starbucks Card.
4. Any amount on your e-Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit balance.
5. Cannot service if card has damaged or altered.
6. If a spend exceeds the amount of card balance, the customer can be paid either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method.
7. In case card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission, Starbucks will not be able to refund the outstanding amount of the card. Customer can be contact us to ask information at Customer Care 02-339-0996.
