Starbucks Reserve™ Vietnam Dung K’No

850 Baht

The Central Highlands of Vietnam are home to the K’Ho people, a matriarchal Indigenous community making waves in the world of coffee. While coffee has been cultivated in Vietnam for hundreds of years, it’s rare to find a group focused on producing exquisite arabica beans. This lot was grown in the remote town of Dung K’No by 82 smallholders working to preserve cultural traditions while embracing responsible farming practices. Coffee is grown in shade alongside fruit trees, carefully picked by hand and processed with de-pulping technology that reduces water consumption. The resulting cup is balanced and sweet with delicate flavors—a delicious achievement from this up-and-coming region.
